JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new challenge with ITI!

Our client in the Public function sector is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master for a Twelve (12) months mandate.

Your schedule could look like :

  • Ensure workflow automation.
  • Identify and resolve workflow issues.
  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows to support various business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Power Platform to enhance the work experience.
  • Provide the recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the development of a strategic roadmap for Power Platform adoption.
  • Monitor system usage and suggest improvements or upgrade as needed.
  • Assist in selecting and implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe based on team and project requirements.
  • Provide guidance on backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Assess Agile maturity: determine baseline and next steps to progress assessments of Agile adoption.
  • Document all development processes, workflows, and solutions
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all Power Platform activities and projects.
  • Deliver a final report summarizing the outcomes and recommendations for sustaining Agile practices and a way forward for full sustainable integration.
  • Evaluate current configuration and recommend changes, as needed.
  • Developed a detailed coaching plan outlining the coaching approach, timeline, and objectives.
  • Customize training materials for workshops and sessions and adapt, as required.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor leadership and management to support Agile principles and behaviors.
  • Design and deliver training sessions tailored to the needs of teams and individuals
  • Facilitate workshops on Agile frameworks, team collaboration, and Agile roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure Power BI integration.
  • Demonstrate how to use Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Work with Copilot and other Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Demonstrate how Microsoft Copilot or others LLMs can be leveraged to improve reporting, information sharing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assess current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and value delivery.
  • Identify and address organizational impediments to Agile adoption.
  • Establish metrics to measure team performance, project progress, and Agile maturity
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

 

Must-have :

  • Must be fluent in English, and able to communication orally and in written without assistance and with minimal errors.
  • Ten (10) years of experience of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Agile coaching for organization with similar complexity.
  • Possess one of the following certification :
    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1)
    • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
    • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
    • ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Project Management (ICP-APM)
    • Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM)
    • Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
    • Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
    • AgilePM Foundation
    • Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience in facilitating at least two Agile transformations for public sector clients.
  • Experience in leading stakeholder engagement sessions in information gathering
  • Reliable Security grade
