is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a Twelve
months mandate.

Support the
Business Application team in order to achieve
:

The
deployment of a set of modern digital tools that support staff to meet the
mandate and fuel the growth of its SME
clients.

The
optimization of the client journey across multiple touch
points
-
The
creation, migration, integration and deployment of effective business
applications and digital channels that support modern management of grants
and contributions, programs, and
activities.
-
Increased
the ease of use, utility and adoption of business applications, for both
clients and staff, enabling improved user/client/partner
engagement.
-
The
delivery of a unified view to users (internal and external) across all
channels/applications
-
The
enablement of the assistance program to efficiently gather, access, update,
and share knowledge/information with all relevant
stakeholders/clients.
-
Improved
decision-making through accurate and meaningful analytics by ensuring that
reliable and secure information and data are available at the right time and
in the correct format.
-
Increased
operational effectiveness and become more adaptive to change itself –
improving processes that expedite changes to the digital ecosystem.

Work to
drive the design, development and deployment of an innovative platform that is
scalable and adaptable to current and future needs of the
client.

Draft
business requirements.
-
Develop
business process and workflow diagrams.
-
Facilitate
business process modelling and requirements elicitation
workshops.
-
Develop and
execute test cases and prepare reports to ensure that business processes and
requirements have been delivered.
-
Support the
development of user stories, develop user cases and definition of business
rules.
-
Ensure full
traceability of requirements across their entire
lifecycle.
-
Participate
in change impact analysis and change control
activities.
-
Follow BA’s
established approach to define, optimize and standardize business services and
processes as well as the system, technology and information entities, and
recommends improvement as required.
Must-have :
-
Five
(5) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, supporting business
transformation initiatives in an IM/IT
environment.
-
Experience
working on medium to large scale transformation project/initiative/program
with multi-step business process affecting IM/IT.
-
Experience
with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development, including : Power Apps Portal,
Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure
DevOps.
-
Experience
with documentation and analysis of process models, workflow diagrams, business
requirements, test scenarios and test cases.
-
Experience
analyzing current (As-is) processus and developing tartget (To-be)
processes.

Ability
to establish and maintain strong relationships.
-
Ability
to influence others and move toward a common vision or
goal.
-
Flexible
and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous
situations.
-
Demonstrated
ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization including senior
leadership teams.
-
Team
player and able to work collaboratively with and through
others.
-
Familiarity
with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project
lifecycle.
-
French
is considered an asset.
