Our client in the Manufacturing industry is currently seeking a Business System Analyst for a Permanent job.

Employment specifications :

• Concord
• 40 hours per week
• On Site

Your schedule could look like :

• Support the day-to-day operation of the ERP and WMS platforms, as well as a wide range of integrations with third-party systems including ecommerce platforms, warehouse automation tools, and ADI/EDI/SFTP-Based partners.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to refine requirements, improve workflow, and support data-driven process enhancements.
• Play a key role in maintaining the legacy ERP/WMS environment while also contributing to a multi-phase ERP/WMS upgrade project that will modernize systems enterprise-wide.
• Provide operational support for the ERP (Infor.SX.e) and WMS (TWL), including issues troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support.
• Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of the ERP upgrade to Infor M3 and/or Infor WMS.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to map current processes, gather functional requirements, and propose system and data-driven improvements.
• Support integrations with third-party systems via APIs, Edi, cXML, or SFTP, ensuring data accuracy and flow between platforms.
• Lead data discovery and analysis efforts to uncover process inefficiencies, track KPIs, and support business decisions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, SOPs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operation, Finances, Sales, IT) to prioritize and deliver solutions.
• Assist with user trainings, testing scenarios, and go-live readiness activities.

Must-have :

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP o WMS System (any platform) in a business or technical capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to document workflows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting findings or recommendation
• Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customer
• Self-starter who is able to take initiative and work well independently.
• High level of concentration and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet established deadlines.
• Must be well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear, and effective manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively within time constraint.
• Familiarity with Infor platform (SX.e, M3, TWL RF, WMS) (Asset).
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, analysis, or troubleshooting (Asset).
• Understanding of system integration protocols (API, Edi, cXML, SFTP (Asset).
• Experience in a distribution, supply chain, or ecommerce business environment (Asset).
