JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new challenge with ITI!

Our client in the manufacture industry is currently seeking a Change Management Coordinator for a 12 Month mandate with a high possibility of extension.

 

Employment specifications:

  • Oakville
  • 40 hours/week
  • Hybrid (remote work and in-office presence required at minimum 2 days/week and up to 3 days/week)

We are searching for an experienced Change Management Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients. The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the team plans, stakeholder lists, and engagement materials. This role requires a solid understanding on how people go through change, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to create engaging presentation materials. The candidate would report to the Organization Change Management Lead.

 

Your schedule could look like:

  • Ensure all tasks are tracked and team members are held accountable for their completion.
  • Maintain the Change Plan up-to-date and relevant.
  • Keep all change management documents organized and easily accessible.
  • Participate in regular meetings and ensure all action items are documented.
  • Maintain the stakeholder matrix, role mapping sheet and various other lists.
  • Maintain OCM & Training dashboard and KPIs as go-live approaches.
  • Manage distribution lists for project communications.
  • Manage the review process in select deliverables and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage all Change Team-related meetings and events.
  • Develop and administer surveys and forms for data collection and feedback.
  • Help in preparing presentation materials.

 

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Change Management Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
