ITI Placement de Ressources wishes to add an IT recruitment advisor for the Gatineau or Ottawa region to its team. This person will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for the different mandates assigned to him/her.

KEY ACTIVITIES :

Manage the recruitment of IT positions for our
clients
-
Carry out all stages of staffing (analysis of applications,
interviews, reference checks and criminal history

Advise and follow-up with candidates in their
process

Ensure the development of social
networks
-
Participate in recruitment and promotion
activities
-
Liaise with clients and the Director of Staffing to ensure
understanding of recruitment requirements

Participate in the selection of candidates for
tenders
-
Propose new recruitment strategies
- Participate in the improvement of the employee experience
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
:

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, staffing, orientation, or
any other field deemed relevant
- Bilingualism required
