JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new challenge with ITI!

Our client in the Public Service industry is currently seeking a Project Manager (Level 3) for a Twelve (12) months mandate with renewal possibilities.

Your schedule could look like :

  • Manage scope of work, resources and timelines for all work performed on the project using Agile Methodology.
  • Plan and review sprints
  • Chair and lead daily project and Scrum meetings
  • Develop project plans for major new releases of the system
  • Identify dependencies and assumptions.
  • Track progress against expected timelines
  • Assign work based on priorities and existing workloads.
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Coordinate the work of developers, testers, architects and business analysts.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
  • Produce the required deliverables, including :
    • Documentation updates : Regular updates to documentation and WIKI pages detailing any important information.
    • Project plans.
    • Project artefacts.
    • Riske management plan
    • Project status update
    • Project timeline.
    • Conducting meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, etc.
    • Knowledge transfer and Coaching : Conducting knowledge transfer and coaching sessions to share best practices and systems insights, including provision of training materials / sessions as may be required.

 

Must-have :

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years in managing several project Manager, each responsible for an element of the project and its associate project team.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years in managing the project during the development, implementation and operations startup.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years in formulating problem statement and establishing procedures for the development and implementation of significant new or modified project elements to address these problems
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years in IT project management using Agile methodologies
